These Terms of Service govern the use of the KalMENU Meal Collection System (“the system”), implemented for Sicilsaldo Contracting Nigeria Ltd (AKK Gas Pipeline Project).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Meal Collection System, employees agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Authorized Use

• The system is exclusively for employees of Sicilsaldo Contracting Nigeria Ltd.

• Each employee is entitled to three meals daily: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Employees must use the facial recognition feature to confirm their identity at each collection.

3. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass or tamper with the system.

• Use another person’s identity to collect meals.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the system.

4. Data Usage & Consent

• Employees consent to the collection of their biometric and personal data for the sole purpose of meal tracking.

• HR reserves the right to review, update, and manage records as necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The system is provided “as is” for operational use in meal management.

• KalMENU and Sicilsaldo Contracting Nigeria Ltd are not liable for technical interruptions, system downtime, or unauthorized misuse.

6. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Employees will be notified of any significant updates.
